Good customer service very helpfull, and gave us the space to look at everything calmly and great items.
I was in the need of new furniture for a couple rooms and went to Conns. I was in sales for years and always strived for friendly transparent service and sales practices. Our salesman was very nice and helpful and explained how everything works. If you have any issues they will replace it. This is our second time we purchased from them

I BOUGHT A HP ALL IN ONE PC, AFTER 4 MONTHS I INSTALLED UPDATES, WELL IT STOPPED WORKING SO I TOOK IT BACK IN AND IT TOOK A WHOLE MONTH FOR THEM TO FIX IT. IT HAS NOT BEEN A GREAT COMPUTER EVER SENCE, ITS CRAP NOW I USED TO LOVE IT, BUT I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CONN'S AGAIN!!!!!
Bought a "brand new" front loading Samsung washing machine. It spun loudly and walked across the floor. After getting an "approval" from corporate, another "new" machine was delivered. Exact same issue. Our choice is to have a third party service company fix a brand new machine or pay a restocking fee to return the units. They were aware the second unit had the same issue and did nothing. We are now out the restocking fee and need to shop somewhere else for a different washer and dryer.
