Their service department is inept. I have had problems with my ice maker for two years, 4 service calls, each time I have to schedule a repair person it takes at least a month to do so. I pray this company goes belly up!!

Conns have the worse customer service. I had a tech come out to repair my refrigerator. He told us that he couldn't do it he was there to just take a pic of the model number and some will be out to fix it if they can find someone to do it. If not 4 have to wait another 4 weeks to get. A new one. When I called in. They said the guy didn't put any notes or did anything. Now I have to wait for a call back on Monday to someone to come out and do the same shit again . When I have a warranty. I'll never go here again.
