Went in to buy a Tv and the store manager, Ivan, would not serve me. He said i looked like i was dying of cancer bc i was skinny due to Dialysis. He said i probably didn't have any money and asked me to leave. He said i was a dumb wet back. I've had an account there for years.... Called Corporate, still no call back...

You delivered my mom and USED washer and will not exchange it for a new one that she paid for.

Horrible. We ordered a bedroom set and mattress set and only got the bedroom set. Apparently if you don’t answer your phone your delivery isn’t confirmed so you won’t get it. Now we have no mattresses until midweek.

The only thing I had a problem with so far is that their delivery sucks. Plus I got screwed on the furniture I bought the Last time. I didnt notice the delivery guy had rigged up my nightstand where I wouldn't noticed the nightstand didn't stay up straight � and just that peace was $400 alone. I'm waiting on my refrigerator so they better not try to dare to mess with me again like that � with something that's not good

Save yourself a headache and don't even bother with CONNS. The name CONN is intentional. Because they will con you. Bought the warranty but they won't fix my frig. Still paying on a frig that don't work and they have NO customer service!!! It's a nightmare!!!! NO way!! Go somewhere else!!!

I have been coming here for more than 21 years and have bought so many things here but today I came to make 2 more purchases one for me and a surprise present for my daughter I purchased the items at 9:00 pm last night got home didn't even get it out of the box and my daughter wanted the same thing that I got so I get to the store at 10am to exchange and I've been waiting now I have to pay an extra 15% just to exchange the item I have never been treated this horrible I've been a loyal customer for many years and because of t... read more

There is a 15% restocking fee upon return or exchange unless the product fails withing 24-72hrs with RSA.

Worst place ever, really bad customer service, please de not buy anything from this store even the store manager dont have any customer service skills and do not worry about the customer being happy when something wrong happen, I been waiting now for 2 days to pick up my TV because someone gave my TV to someone else and now they think I did so they need 3 days to check the cameras to see who screwed up on this one, they tell you that dont worry we call you and if you dont call them you will never received a phone call from t... read more
