Conn’s has the worst repair service. We have had issues with our refrigerator for 2 months now. They keep sending inexperienced repair technicians, techs with wrong parts, even techs with no parts at all, and keep charging us every time they come out and nothing is fixed. Our daughter is diabetic and needs her insulin to be cooled, we’ve mentioned that to them but it seems that is not important to them. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything else from Conn’s EVER again!

lousy customer service after the sale. Bought fridge a little over 2 years ago. Last year went out and ruined my food. Took 3 weeks to get repaired. Now, less than one year later, out again. So far 2 weeks, still not fixed. Got a call saying parts are in. can we come fix it. Sure. Tech gets to house without parts. Come back next day. Still not fixed
