I'm reviewing a Texas store since this is where the service dept seems to be located. I love my store in okc, but the service dept sucks very bad, DO NOT SCHEDULE ME AN APPOINTMENT IF MY PART ISN'T IN!! WAIT TIL YOU KNOW FOR SURE THE PAST IS THETE BECAUSE THAT RUINS CUSTOMERS SCHEDULES, E ARE LOSING MONEY SITTING AT HOME WAITING ON A PART THAT ISN'T HERE!!

Sorry bunch of people I have ever seen in my life.. If I had a hold of these people I would take them behind my barn and have a word of prayer with them... People need not to buy anything from these sorry bunch of dumb people..

I will never shop at your store again, absolutely the worst customer service ever.we bright our tv in for repairs,on Dec.10th.and was told they had to send it out. As of today Dec.29.they lost a work order,couldn't find the tv. Now your telling us there is nothing wrong. At this point we demand an exchange. Not HAPPY at all.!!!

Conns is just TERRIBLE over all. Missing pieces on our furniture wasn't enough. They still can't get our recliner set fixed, since APRIL! 6 months have passed and nothing. They are absolutely USELESS. At this point we're just going to take legal action.

Five stars for Greg /salesman. Zero stars for delivery. ... my fridge...I've had for ONE day!!!! It's not right!!!! Conns you better make it right! !!!!! And I don't want you to"fix" it.... i want a perfectly new fridge as I paid for!!! I don't want a fixed one!!!
