Went in to the Conroe store today with pre-approved credit for my husband to purchase a TV. Two trips and three and a half hours later, we left with no TV. I bought my last car in less time than that! That is completely unacceptable! The only goal seemed to be to upsale and push your “insurance.” We already pay homeowner’s insurance; I don’t need double coverage for a tv. I have been a Conn’s customer for years. You all helped re-establish my credit after my divorce, but after today, I think I’m done.

Their service department sucks at repairing anything, communication issues and actually showing up. They have had 3 different repairmen at my grandfather’s home, charged him for something that wasn’t broken and can’t seem figure out the real problem. The washer is not even 2 yrs old. And on top of that 3 times no one has shown up at all.
