Can't say enough to fully thank Conn's for such a wonderful experience buying and receiving our new refrigerator! We knew what we wanted & it took all of 30 minutes from walk in to walk out done. Then today, Sunday, the delivery men got here almost an hour earlier than our appointment, disconnected & took out the dead one, rolled in, placed & connected the new one and were gone within 30 minutes. They certainly knew what they were doing and were so competent doing it. Unbelievable! Thanks for making it all so easy.

This is long but please BUYER BEWARE! PLEASE READ ! We made a (near) 8k purchase with Conn's and part of that was a reclining couch and love seat. Within a month we noticed little white specs on the dark (mocha) fabric. It is holes. Little tiny pin holes at the seam. These tiny holes turn into rips along the seam over time and it doesn't take long for that to happen. First time they came out they stitched it. Was a long time customer. Needed stove due to hurricane, received wrong - & more expensive - one. Called immediately both customer service and sale rep. Was told I'll get a call back and never did - 4 days in a row. This is still going on and I am hoping this gets corrected, quicker than what it is. I will not be returning to the Conroe location.

Never buy from Conn's the name says it all ,they sell very poor quality items and when its comes to needing repaired they dont keep their end of the deal and it will never get fixed right
Don't ever buy here!!!! Products don't last and they have no interest or sense of urgency in helping resolve the issue. Conn's is a waste of time!!
I have spent over $10000 and they have owed me a $300 refund for over 6 weeks and can't seem to get anyone to help me get it back. DO Not go there. THERE INTEREST IS OVER 29%

Bad customer service you pay on time and give them 2300 dollars and no thank you or nothing. I will never go there again and I recommend spend your money with people who care my name is chris corson
