DO NOT FINANCE FROM HERE!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Rudest Employees, Including Managers!!! I financed a BRAND NEW 60 inch 3D Smart TV on a Wednseday, took it home only to find out it was DEFECTIVE!! Took pictures and called the store the very next day (Thursday)... NO ONE COULD HELP!!! Called again the next day (Friday) and again, NO HELP!! On top of that, they were charging me a $100.00 re-stocking fee if I were to return it. I purchased a washer / dryer from Conn's in Cedar Hill. The sales person was professional, courteous and cute. The delivery folks were courteous, professional, they connected and tested the installation before departing. I have been back to make payments several times, and all folks are friendly and courteous.
