Scheduled an appointment for ground bees. They were supposed to be here between 8-12. Never showed. Never even bothered to call. But they were extremely eager to take my CC prior to even showing up! I’d not do business with these people.
They've been my pest control company since 2003. Nothing but great things about the company office is in Norfolk Va
Absolutely unprofessional! They did not follow through with the service agreement yet they continued to bill me. I contacted them several times only to hear that my account was mixed up with another and they will reschedule a new service call. But, the reschedule service never occurred and no one bothered to call me! I’m demanding a refund for monthly service charge AnD lack of services! Please do not use this company.
Absolutely horrible attitude, and completely unprofessional. Consistently blamed us for the fly problems at my workplace, spoke to us as though we were stupid, acted like everything was am inconvenience to him, and had a general attitude of "well what do you want me to do about it?". Never gave any of us his name, so can't even report him to the company.
