I am currently using these guys but they are absolutely worst. They made me sign the contract in hurry over the weekend however they disappeared after that. I called the customer service everyday and they had no clue. They outsource the job and depend on local help, which is ok but I don’t think they have a good network of service providers. Before they signed the contract they were very responsive on both phone and text but after the contract was signed they are completely no responsive.

**Look at the bottom and notice that all positive reviews were for Connor's, before it was acquired by Ehrlich!** Just a nightmare to deal with. The seller of our home engaged Ehrlich to do some preventative termite measures and they paid up front for a one-time treatment. Ehrlich could not seem to understand this and kept trying to bill us for the treatment, even though the sellers had already paid in full!
