Scheduled an appointment between 2 & 4. No call, No show. I finally called and rescheduled an appointment for the next day. NO CALL NO SHOW !!!! A waste of time dealing with these folks. I'm DONE !! How in the hell do they stay in business?????? This company was recommended to me by my homeowners association. I have called them and reported this information to them. This company has been removed from their recommendation list.
I want to give a shout out to a great local business, Connor Garage Doors. Gabriel came to my house on-time and determined the problem in minutes. He gave me a quote that was more than $150 cheaper than a competitor and got the job done that day. I went from having the noisiest opener around to a nice quiet door with new sensors, a keypad, 2 remotes, and a phone app. Call these guys. Best price in town!
Will give you the run around very unprofessional Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you schedule a meeting with them clear yours because they come with every excuse in the book and will be sarcastic when you confront them about it.
Very, very poor experience with John and Mike with Conners Doors. Big promises with non-truths replete. 7 days after installation having made a call to them each of those days getting promises to "be there Tomorrow I promise,.....am putting it on my personal schedule as we speak" and yet no show after no show" Sound nice on the phone always ending with "Have a Blessed Day". Connors has the best service in the buisness! We needed our garage door repaired at 12:00 MIDNIGHT!!! they showed right up with incredible speed and courtesy, they had our whole door fixed in under 30 minutes! We highly recommend you give them a call! They are the best in the buisness and their price won't be beat!!!
