Dr.Conner is a good doctor been seeing him pass 20 years. Unfortunately, Front reception desk now days is very complacent and discriminated, having problem with insurance claim so often.
I liked the doctor I interacted with at this office- however the front staff need additional training on proper phone etiquette. I was contacted 6 months after my appointment about an outstanding balance that I was unaware of, because I had paid at my visit. The staff member on the phone argued with me and called me a liar after I stated I would come in today and take care of this. Dr.Conner is very good doctor been seeing him pass 20 years. Unfortunately, after his recent staff changed, new staff they are extremely rude and arrogant, not having any Sympathy for Elderly People.
Dr Connor was so compassionate and kind as he examined my ailing husband, Eddie King. He showed professionalism yet his warmth and generosity reminded us there are good hearted people still in this world. We thank you for making his day a little brighter. CSM Doretta Ward US Army, ret.
They were super helpful Mr. Irvin got with me after hours… to help me get my glasses due to restricted time. Very helpful!
