Excellent plumbing service. We had an outdoor water shutoff valve burst during a hard Illinois freeze, which cut off water to our home. Very professional and easy to talk to. Connor & Sons Plumbing listened carefully to my concern about a large gap between two septic tank covers where dirt and rainwater were getting into the tank. Douglas came back with his partner ready to replace one cover, but after taking a closer look and working the covers together, they found a better fix.
