I had a great experience with the store manager Simone she was extremely helpful and polite and very professional would highly recommend this store.
Have to say, when I experience excellent customer service I’m very pleased. This afternoon a lovely lady called Allison B serviced us with very reasonable t-shirts and shorts. The lady was very busy however managed to make every one welcome and it was a pleasure to be served by Allison and well done to the management of Connor with your recruitment. Extremely disappointing service in this store today, 2 salespeople, no acknowledgment of being in the store for 15mins, they were too busy having a discussion about Nylon and Hemp. They never left the counter area, had to walk past the counter to get a condescending, are you guys right? Had items in my hand that would have been a purchase plus more to come, decided this store doesn't need my help to make budget will take my money else where.
