The sales lady was so rude, appalling customer service. I notified her of a stain on the jumper, was happy to buy it at a discounted price, she said we send it back to the manufacturer then folded it back up and put it on the table to be re-sold.
Sophya is the best salesperson I ever encountered in this country for years. She is very professional, straight to the point, charming great attitude, she made my day, and gave me THE perfect shopping experience. Whoever watching this you need to give her a rise cause she’s a gem.
