Visit the store the day before yesterday for a very last minute purchase for a wedding. I'm glad to say that I had an amazing experience there. Saleslady Chloe was really attentive and nice, she was able to help me figure out the perfect size and color for a suit that I purchased along with a complimenting tie that rounded my whole outfit. I genuinely had a lovely experience at the store and would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a good quality suit.
Excellent customer service, both Sophiya and Airen were super friendly and kind.
The sales lady was so rude, appalling customer service. I notified her of a stain on the jumper, was happy to buy it at a discounted price, she said we send it back to the manufacturer then folded it back up and put it on the table to be re-sold.
