I've had every concern I've raised since about 2012 neglected by Doctor Bryson. As of recently, it has been confirmed to me that she hadn't even made record of my most significant concerns.

I guess I wouldn't record telling someone reporting a long-term damaged hip to just keep taking some more tylenol either.
DR. AGOSTON was the worst doctor my children and I ever had. She refused to refer anywhere, even though my children were extremely sick. It was years of thinking she should know best. When she almost let my 8 week old baby die, sided with my abusive ex, refused to discuss any diagnosis and refused to even come in the room, as her students are there to "learn" and work in the room without her., I finally de-rostered her. Very frustrating as they never answer the phone; listen to the entire message only to hear they are busy call back and it hangs up. No option to leave a voicemail. It’s taken me 3 days to finally reach them; average takes well over a month to get an appointment. (This time it is a 5 week wait) I had addressed my concerns of no answering system after calling dozens of times; I was told they are too busy to listen to messages and call patients back.
Always great experience front staff, nurse, Doctor Bryson amazing!!!
