Popped in as I needed a new suit and was served by Emma. She is awesome! Great service and advice. Very helpful and patient, even when the store was busy and she was the only one there. Walked out with a full suit that fits perfectly, new shoes, two shirts and a belt… Hopefully Emma is there next time I pop in.
I had a really disappointing experience at Connor. As a woman I understand I’m not the typical demographic for the store but I was genuinely excited to come in and find a nice suit for myself. I don’t know a lot about suits so I was hoping to get some guidance while trying on different styles and fits. Unfortunately when I walked in I was completely ignored. I picked a shirt but when I came to pay, it was a different price than what it says. The excuse was a customer put it in the wrong place although a same shirt was there as well. Very disappointing so I went shopping somewhere else.
My husband and I went to Connor Hornsby today, the 6th of January. We needed help and Ben and Skye exceeded our customer expectations. Both Ben and Skye were attentive, helpful, polite, friendly and gave us good advice. We ended up buying everything my husband needed for a wedding. From the jacket and pants, shirt, belt and socks. We were happynto spend our money in that shop.
