We at Duchess Farm Community in Historic High Falls have two beautiful Connor Homes and these are of the best quality and design. Duchess Farm only has reproduction Farmhouses on a 18 home private home community and these fit in great. Since most of the buyers are from NYC, these homes are very efficient and do not need weekly care. We are now considering only having Connor Homes for the last eight sites because they are perfect.
