I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable ... read more

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this family doctor friendly? Friendly Enough Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, it ruined my schedule for the entire day Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty
