I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. Our car was in the impound lot for a family member that was found deceased in the vehicle. After dealing with a rude office assistant to pay for the release we were then escorted to our vehicle. While on the way down, one of the employees told us and the employee that was escorting us that he “should show us all the cars that people died in”. Every single time I have to come here to pick up a car, the staff is so helpful and friendly and amazing! Their newly remodeled building is also air conditioned nicely and beautiful.

The first didn't tell everything clearly to me to cost per night $ 40 and also didn't tell me have admin fee $100 must tell everything clearly before towing to not misunderstanding and also the lady in front desk not really respectful
