I really like the facilities and the floor map of the apartments in this complex. But a few things have made me think of moving to another place. The most important issue is the continuous harassment of criminals and homeless people who travel in this neighborhood because of BART. During the few months that I have lived here, the police have been coming and going to this complex every week. I have lived in this apartment complex for the past 10 months, and my lease is up in June. Unfortunately, I will not be renewing due to several ongoing issues. Firstly, the building is very poorly maintained. The elevators work infrequently, and the garage gate has been broken for most of my stay. Additionally, many residents are inconsiderate, engaging in activities such as smoking weed on their patios, which fills nearby apartments with smoke, blasting music at all hours, and allowing their dogs to bark throughout the day.... read more
I’ve been living here for three months, and despite living on the 6th floor, the elevator has been consistently out of service. This has been a major inconvenience, and management has yet to provide a reliable solution. I expected better maintenance and responsiveness from this property.
I chose this building because of the floorplan but I will not be renewing my lease once it’s up. I have lived here less than a year and the elevators are constantly broken (the one near my unit has been out of service for over a month), the garage door gate is always broken which leads to more car break ins and the leasing office is absolutely useless when you call to vent your frustrations. Is weird because they trying to charge us $75 per hour to reserve the club house for a simple dinner party to my boyfriend. We just move into - October and we never asked for reserve the club house, I just l talked with Elias now on the phone and he said that he will trying to spoke with someone and see what they can do it about because they hiding this information from us at beginning when we move into!
