When I was looking for an apartment, I was in contact with a few other groups as well, and unfortunately we didn’t have very good experiences with them, which made us quite sensitive about communication. Sometimes what they said would change from day to day, and sometimes they didn’t seem interested in helping. In the end, my spouse and I are very happy that we got to know your team, and you helped make those previous experiences fade away.

I can’t say enough good things about Jose. He replaced our balcony door during an incredibly hot day and never slowed down or cut corners. The place is utterly disgusting: every floor is dirty and rarely cleaned, garage doors rarely work and management doesnt care of break-ins happening and they have the audacity to increase rent of 10% year of year (i have doubt is even legal).
