I can’t say enough good things about Jose. He replaced our balcony door during an incredibly hot day and never slowed down or cut corners. The place is utterly disgusting: every floor is dirty and rarely cleaned, garage doors rarely work and management doesnt care of break-ins happening and they have the audacity to increase rent of 10% year of year (i have doubt is even legal).
Please save yourself and don’t rent here! Is one of the WORST decisions you can possibly make! I don’t even know how I manage to live here for a year. This place is not worth it. MANAGEMENT: The management is non existent and non responsive they WILL NEVER help you. We complain about the noise and they didn’t do anything, we complain about the parking spot taking by the BART commuters they didn’t do anything EITHER. HOMELESS AROUND THE AREA BE CAreful!
