It’s criminal how they are able to milk you with fees moving in and moving out, we decided leave after a year because this place isn’t month to month lease after the first month like most apartments, it’s year to year. Elevator never works. They never answer the phone. No one is ever in office. Never any parking for guest. Annoying dogs that bark non stop. People smoking weed in patio. It’s next to the bart so a lot of unsafe activities happen at night. I cannot recommend this place to anyone for the price it’s not worth it.
The elevator is almost always broken. If you don’t want to always take the stairs don’t live here. Also, if you do somehow choose to live here, warning that the lease automatically renews for 12 months. Don’t assume that it will shift to month to month like typical apartments.
