Tom and his associates have taken a credit of a sale that he abandoned. Him and his associates were extremely unprofessional and also created a dangerous atmosphere for children and disabled person living on the property. Tom often complained about not getting paid by the former owner and also he couldn't find a buyer after 6 months.
