Poor Alicia below she must be a nut case. I’m a first time patient. They were flexible in working with my schedule, they also had me sign a release of information and helped me get my records, they took care of the insuranceetc. Dr Connelly was thorough and patient listening to my history and issues. He spent an hour with me not rushing in and out.
Isn't the moto what the patient/customer wants were paying for it this place don't care about that I guess bad experience also wanted to get the files to go to another dentist and they wouldn't release anything until bill was paid in full had to wait until insur got billed to pay it and then ofcourse remaining we paid just to get the records that don't sound right at all something is fishy there we all have the right to get our records even if there was a balance they did offer to give them out if i paid in full before Insur... read more
