Connolly came recommended by a friend, and I'm so glad we chose them. I called in the morning regarding an AC that wasn't blowing cool air. Before sending someone out, they suggested I change the air filters and see if that helped. I appreciated that guidance, because they could have easily sent a tech to give me the same advice and had me pay, but they didn't! I recently had a new heat pump and furnace installed through Connolly after being without heat for over a month, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Brian was the technician who first came to my home to explain my options. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very clear in walking me through the choices. We have been customers for 10 years with twice a year service contract. This last week we had our entire HVAC system replaced . The only way Connolly HVAC can make their service better as to do it for free. A friend referred me to them to correct a problem created by Jazz HVAC. This persons referral means a lot to me. The technician arrived a little early and had the diagnosis in less than 15 minutes. Jazz HVAC had connected the condenser wires incorrectly mixing it up with another wire.
