Grayson showed up in a very timely manner. He called to let me know he was at my house a little early and had no problem waiting 10 minutes for me to get home. Excellent service. Chris is knowledgeable, thorough and easy to work with. Serviced our furnace and installed a new thermostat for which he provided a detailed walk through. Connolly is now my go to HVAC company. Highly recommended.
Chris is great! he clearly showed us the options for our aging furnace and helped us get it up and running. it’s great to have a local family owned company you can trust with your HVAC needs. we’ll definitely be using them from now on.

Originally, I found a technician on Thumbtack based on good reviews. Took a shot, they came out, kinda fixed the problem but not really because another issue arose 2 months later. (See Seinfeld, when Costanza had to pay $600 for a "Johnson Rod"). Second issue arises and I call Connolly in the hope of finding a better tech.
