I recently had a new heat pump and furnace installed through Connolly after being without heat for over a month, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Brian was the technician who first came to my home to explain my options. He was knowledgeable, patient, and very clear in walking me through the choices. I've met two techs for two separate issues. Both were polite, professional and seem very well trained. Office staff is friendly and responsive. Overall the business seems very organized and lives up to their reputation as a 5-star service provider.
We have been customers for 10 years with twice a year service contract. This last week we had our entire HVAC system replaced . Nick and Justin and the entire crew that worked on our system were great. I highly recommend this company as the crew is well trained and professional and polite. Thanks from Russ and Susie.
Chris was my HVAC technician and he was the best! He knew all about heaters and knew why my heater was making strange noises. He diagnosed the problem and drove to Concord for the needed part and returned to repair my heater. I haven't had any problem since.
Connally HVAC installed a two zone, high efficiency HVAC system in my home in 2018 which has always worked very well and exceeded all our expectations. We requested that Connally send a technician today to troubleshoot the first real error message we've had since the system installation.
