I recently had a new heat pump and furnace installed through Connolly after being without heat for over a month, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about Connolly Heating and Air! They installed our HVAC system in 2024 and did an awesome job—fair prices, great workmanship, and they showed up right on time. So when our water heater failed early Monday morning, I gave them a call hoping they could help. I didn’t even know they handled water heaters, but they do—both tank and tankless! I've met two techs for two separate issues. Both were polite, professional and seem very well trained. Office staff is friendly and responsive. Overall the business seems very organized and lives up to their reputation as a 5-star service provider.
This company is a stand out in service and relations. Chris handled the initial analysis and troubleshooting; Brian provided an estimate and explained all options; and Grayson performed the installation. Each of these gentlemen were excellent and thorough communicators, performed their jobs seamlessly and left no trace of having been there. We have been customers for 10 years with twice a year service contract. This last week we had our entire HVAC system replaced .
