On the phone, transfers you 3 times and then A.I. picks up. Can't get a hold of anyone. Don't use A.I., come on...
I had a new patient appointment scheduled and received a text message the day before advising my appointment was being cancelled "due to unforeseen scheduling changes". I rescheduled the appointment for today and just received another text message advising this appointment is also being cancelled for the same reason. The AI phone system they use is "unable to assist" and you cannot get through to an actual employee of this practice no matter what option you choose.
Showed up to my appointment and there was a sign on the door that due to a provider shortage the location was closed. I made this appointment over the phone two weeks ago when I went to my appointment at the Milford location to find that one closed! Fantastic provider, horrible customer service.
For the second time in two weeks I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and due to staffing shortages the office is closed and I was never contacted by anyone to alert me and to reschedule. Of course the scheduling is automated and you can never reach a human. I will be looking for a new Dermatologist.
