Called to see if they take Tricare, was promptly hung up on less than a minute into the call. Guess you guys don't like money. If I could give less than a full star, I would.

I made this appointment over a month ago. I gave all my insurance information then. I received an email yesterday directing me to download the most confusing app ever. At 9 this morning I received another email with confusing instructions to check in when I got there. I get to the office to be told my appointment was canceled. No email or anything. The woman calls someone and tells me the doctor doesn't accept my insurance. Disgraceful, that they waste my time when I should have been told this when I made the appointment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience with this practice. I was seen for a small bump on my face that wouldn’t go away in April. I was seen by Matthew who suggested giving me a needle in my face which in his words(would flatten it out) he said it was a cyst. Well it made it worse the whole side of my face became swollen and sore when I reached out to follow up (2 weeks later) I was told that Matthew has moved away and I wouldn’t be able to be seen for 2 months(completely unacceptable).

Good experience. Now hopefully their guidance will alleviate my problem. So here I am about a year later. I was diagnosed by the dr as having eczema and was put on the very expensive dupexint. After four doses was feeling side effects and got off it. Rash was getting worse. Doctor took a biopsy and just got a call my rash aapparently is from a reaction to one of my medicines I'm taken and was referred to my primary. My first time at this practice. The staff were pleasant; information was collected prior to my visit so check-in at the office was super-fast. Wait time to be called back was non-existent. The doctor took time to listen to my concerns and respond accordingly. I did not feel rushed or disregarded. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone!
