I have been trying to reach the office for weeks now, left several messages and no response. Bad customer service
This location is closed with a lock box on the door. They are not informing patients. Patients are just showing up to find the location closed
This was uncomfortable for me. I had an appointment at 8am and a few other people also had appointments at 8am just for this place to be closed. I waited 20 minutes and they were still closed.I really need to see a dermatologist at this time and I’m just lost for words at this moment.
I have never been a patient here. They called me and left a voicemail with someone else’s test results and personal information. I keep trying to call and tell them that they gave the results to the wrong person, but their AI answering service will not put me through to a real human being. Beware.
My appointment was cancelled twice last minute (two different locations). I don't appreciate the online booking system letting me book an appointment, confirming through e-mail and text about 10 times, making me fill out all my check-in information, only to get a voicemail at the last minute cancelling my appointment at the last minute without an explanation.
