The entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. Customer service is fantastic. I stopped in the office to ask questions before making the appointment and my concerns were addressed and eased. During my appointment, the staff explained the process and proceeded with a fast and pain free solution to my problem. They are extremely professional and I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the best. Thank you Connolly, I will see you all very soon
The staff were polite and very helpful, we were treated with respect and the appointment was for my 10 year old and she was made to feel comfortable, all our questions and concerns were answered. Dr. Connolly was especially thoughtful of my daughter's feelings and fears.
Dr. Naoana Victor is the best. She made me feel immediately at ease after neglecting my annual skin checks for years. She was thorough, patient, and very informative. She quickly addressed areas of concern and we set a baseline for future visits. She gave me recommendations about SPF and skin care- a total girls girl! Very pleased with my visit and considering her a member of my health care team!
10/10 experience. Nurse Practitioner Naoana Victor and the assistant were both beyond amazing. I typically dread doctors appointments but they were kind, understanding, helpful, caring, accommodating, etc. I felt 100% comfortable with and heard by them. I will forever be recommending anyone I know to go see Naoana!
