I scheduled an appointment through their AI receptionist for the following day. After driving to the office, I discovered a note on the door stating that all appointments had been canceled. I was never called or emailed that my appointment had been canceled, nor was I contacted to reschedule. Since then, I have spent a week trying to reach someone at the office. Every attempt gets me back to the AI receptionist, which only tells me the next available appointment is three months away. Beyond frustrating experience.
They seem to be impossible to get in touch with very frustrating
Had an appointment in wall today. Had to get childcare and rearrange my work schedule and showed up to this sign. I never received a call to tell me it was cancelled or to reschedule. Tried to call them and it's only an AI operator and can't speak to an actual person.
Was a great office and doctor. I was a consistent patient with them for several months. I go in once a month to have my bloodwork checked for the type of medication I’m on through them. Then out the blue 2 weeks ago i get a email saying my appointment has been canceled. I called and rescheduled the appt (with their AI service) i even paid my copay and everything as if i was actually going to be seen once i got there like usual and when i got there the whole office was shut down with a summons of tenancy taped to their door a... read more
Permanently closed. They are still booking appointments when you call their main number through the AI service.
