There's no way I'm making an appointment with a local office that has an AI answering service that literally says it may use your info for 3rd party affiliates.

Unfortunately they are based out of New Jersey and all calls are routed to a switchboard operator there. Calls go to voicemails instead of speaking to someone. Billing or appointments. Milford office cancelled my appointment 3-4 times in a row (on the day of appointment) because a provider didn’t show up. New NP i saw in fall has now relocated back to NJ. IMO it’s poor management and not controlled by the wonderful staff at this office. When I call a doctors office, I should be able to speak to someone.
