I felt immediately unwelcome and uncomfortable during my the last visit due to the rude and unwarranted attitude-filled male front desk person and crew of staff hanging out and staring behind him as if I was interrupting their hangout. PSA- if you hate people for whatever reason, don’t work in customer service. **edited to say, I kinda understand their mood given the recent news about this place. Sorry they did you like that!!**
Never answering the phone trying to get a hold of them for the past 3 days to schedule an appointment. Left multiple messages but no response. They don’t give you a call back. So hard just to make an appointment.
They closed without warning. Apparently several offices did and I don’t know where to go now. Nodes are piled up outside the office.
Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors/nurses. On my first and only visit so far I came here for my daughter who has autism. The visit felt personalized, they were patient with my daughter, and it never felt like we were being rushed out for people coming in. All my questions were answered in detail and I got a full 8 1/2 × 11 page of handwritten notes on care which by itself was impressive to see someone do these days. Best of all the treatment seems to be working, so I'll be coming back for all my family's skin needs.
Had an appointment scheduled for this Monday June 8th. Even received a text 2 days ago to confirm the appointment only to find out that they've been closed for over a week. Horrible treatment of patients and from what I've read horrible treatment of employees. Which is a real shame because I enjoyed going here but will not be back if they open again. Thank you for leaving all of your patients hung out to dry.
