Scheduled my cat for a “lion cut” as he has had several sedate/shaves at Connolly’s. When I dropped him off the technician asked how I wanted him shaved and I told her a lion cut. Even went as far as to request that they stop at the base of his neck so he’d have more hair left on his head. I paid over the phone and they brought him and loaded in the back of my vehicle due to COVID-19. When I got home and let him out of the carrier half of his whiskers were shaved off! We are New in Florence. We Chose this Clinic because they were the only one that could get all three of our dogs in at once and on the day we needed. We didn't have a sitter so also took our 1 and 5 year old boys. We were met with such kindness and extra hands to help us out. The Staff was incredible and our experience was wonderful which is saying a whole lot considering we took 3 dogs and 2 kids 😱 We are so happy to have found our forever Veterinary Clinic. Great vets and staff and even better people. I can’t recommend them strongly enough. For 6 years they’ve provided terrific care to my family’s pet and we couldn’t imagine going any where else for the care of our animals.

It is true what they say...little dogs think they are huge and can order other doggies around. Our little Chihuahua Prissy (a rescue) had an unfortunate altercation with another bigger doggie and found out the hard way that this is not true. 😔 Dr. Whitney Terrell took great care of Prissy!
