I was astonished when I saw my debit card charge of $14 for my $4 car wash. Of course I did not receive a receipt even though it clearly showed I would be charged $4.00. This is the 2nd and last time I go to Connie's Car Wash! I left a message for a c/bk at an "unidentified cell#". Is this anyway to run a business? Two paws down for this one!
Never fails to dissapoint... – Since I cannot give zero stars I have to give it one... Here is a list of items that need improvement Connie: - Actually have machines that the wash cars - Call people back when they have a concern - Have toner in your credit card machine so they can actually have a print out of their transaction.
