Horrible customer service!!!! Not punctual at all. Overcharges for her services. I had her do an amendment for a previous year and that was a headache, she messed up, had to resubmit it then she used my old address and requested the refund to be in a check which caused a delay!!! DO NOT use her for taxes, nothing but headaches!!!!!
