Not happy with the care provided. Never replies to my concerns or portal messages. Won’t take necessary precautions for my health which is all documented for years “as she hasn’t seen it.” Maybe if she didn’t cancel all the appointments I’ve had with her and the many I’ve tried to make, she would see. However every appointment I’ve tried to make with her is canceled or she doesn’t reply. Not happy. By the time I checked in after waiting in line they told me that she wouldn’t see me because I was 13 minutes late but she would’ve taken me if it were 10 min. I’m also annoyed because of the waiting time to check in and they make you wait even longer before they bring you in to see the provider.
She was the voice of reason at my primary care office, which has since descended into dysfunction upon her departure. She is intelligent and presents smart choices, but is willing to consider your input. I can't wait until I switch my insurance so I can go back to her at this practice. She could care less if you die or suffer or hurt in pain. Stay away from her
