Connie was okay at first, she recommended help and then she started telling me things that did not help one bit. She told me to use rubber bands instead of self harm and told me that this magic book and journal will solve all my problems, my mom rescheduled an appointment and magically Connie disappears and stops replying to emails, I emailed her begging for help and I never got a reply, I was at my worst and needed to go to the hospital and she just abandoned me.
I’ve never had any experience with therapy but seeing Connie has been great for me. I feel like I can express myself freely with no judgement and that she offers multiple avenues to try to reach a goal of mine. My husband started seeing her separately and he also likes her
