I had Connie for almost 40yrs. I have Cerebral Palsy. I was getting trouble with my back and knee. She would not help me go on AISH. Arthritis made it that I had no Cartilage in my right knee and I had 2 collapsing disks in my back. I had to go after the tests by myself. A person with a disability can go on AISH there is no restriction as to mental capacity. There is support as staffing if the mental capacity is low.
