I reside in Pinetop and saw Dr Hsu in Show Low on 2/21/20 for chronic dry cough. The appt went fine but my aftercare was terrible by her & staff with exception of gal that answers phone. Over a 6 week period I called the office 5 times, left msgs on back office voice mail regarding test results. I finally set a telemedicine appt with Dr Hsu for 3/24. She prescribed a medication that I was told by pharmacy she wasn’t licensed to prescribe so it wasn’t filled. I feel my care was not professional by staff or the doctor and woul... read more

I Highly recommend Dr. Hsu she is amazing and truly cares. Her NP Dana is just as amazing. She I had very little wait time. She totally exceeded my expectations with trying to find the cause of my problems.

I went there for my first visit,in bad shape with asthma.I requested a nebulizer prescription right away to improve my breathing.After 3 calls,still nothing.Had to call my doctor to get the next morning.Over $1,000 for the initial visit,really?Thank god for insurance.I would not recommend you going there.
