Kirt and Cathy Kaempfer were the listing agents when I sold my home in Coneestee Falls. What a positive experience! They make a great team. They made and implemented suggestions to improve things within the house to make it more appealing, and kept in contact with us long distance to keep us informed. A long overdue review!! We met Kirt and Cathy Fall 2023 undecided if we wanted a permanent or part time residence in Connestee Falls, NC. Many homes were shown on that visit.
