My brother and I had the pleasure to work with Kirt and Kathy to help my dad sell his home. They made and implemented suggestions to improve things within the house to make it more appealing, and kept in contact with us long distance to keep us informed. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, responsive, kind team to help navigate the process! We love the area so much - if we ever decide to retire there, we know who to contact : )
A long overdue review!! We met Kirt and Cathy Fall 2023 undecided if we wanted a permanent or part time residence in Connestee Falls, NC. Many homes were shown on that visit. They kept us posted on all of the properties available that would suit our needs for both situations. We made it back end of May 2024. Kirt and Cathy were amazing to work with. They are incredibly knowledgable in so many areas-not just Brevard.
