Paid for the application fee and the management asked to sign the lease right the way (if you don’t pay $300 to reserve your spot within 48 hrs you will lose it) without allowing me to view the apartment. When I reached out to confirm about the viewing, they responded with “Does Friday work for you?” And then I replied “yes, please let me know what time you will be available for the viewing” Never heard back from them again.
