This firm came highly recommended. After $12,000 dollars and accomplishing nothing they refused to represent me and dropped me right before my trial because I couldn’t come up with $9000 in 2 days. Absolutely horrible experience!!!!!!
I am Matthew Martin your law firm filed a suit against me for an overdraft of 22k from my checking account at Ozark metal buildings. I understand why you did this, because Scott Yarborough filed out affidavits testifying to the fact that I misrepresented myself and that money wasn't mine,,,,this is why you sued me. You guys dropped the lawsuit so I'm curious how much truth you found out. I had to give one star to be able to post comment. I wouldnt suggest using this law firm. I can not get anyone to call me back and i cant even a get straight answer when one of their secretaries calls me back. You would think a law firm receiving millions of dollars from clients would at least earn a call back and straight forward answer. This law firm was not my choice.
