i would never rent or buy anything from joey conner or conner real estate. he is extremely unprofessional and he is very disrespectful. His maintenance man almost walked in on me and my infant without knocking while i was breastfeeding. If I was you I wouldn’t rent from these people. I applied for a house and it took 2 weeks of me calling everyday, they kept saying they would call me back and finally told me that the application was looking good and a few days later after calling them again told me that they had chose someone else for the property. Never once did they follow through with calling me back.

These people collect all the application fees they can get before they rent out a property. They won't even contact you to tell you that you didn't qualify or that someone else had applied for a rental property that you applied for. These people are very, very unprofessional for the simple fact that there is no communication on their part.
