Just got off the phone with Nathan Lilly, through Conner Real Estate. Hope it was recorded but most likely not. Tried to schedule a time to look at property and he wanted an pre approval letter and proof of funds for a down payment. He told me to get someone else to show me the property when I questioned the legitimacy of this. Why would I want to look at property I cannot pay for.
