Conner is hands down the best realtor I have ever had the chance to work with. He’s personable, genuine, protected us from ourselves going over our established budget, and biggest of all he took on the challenge of helping us do a VA assumable mortgage. He was so proactive with the sellers and the loan office that we were able to complete our assumption in only 30 days! If you are a first time home buyer, looking for a move, or just want to work with someone who will treat you like family, Conner is the man for the job.
Conner made first time home buying feel so easy! He negotiated really well, explained everything so clearly, was always on time, and did everything within his power to make sure we got the best deal possible, even why it wasn’t easy. My husband and I felt so confident when we closed on our home and that was largely due to Conner’s professional help. He went above and beyond and we couldn’t thank him enough!
Conner was amazing to work with and helped us to get into our first home. There were some issues with the house that we wanted and Conner helped us to negotiate with the sellers to get us a fantastic deal which we were happy with. He was very communicative and was always available to answer our questions. I can honestly say that he made the whole process easy and I didn’t find myself stressing about anything due to his help.
