Poor customer service. I tried to get in contact repeatedly to no avail.
My entire garage door broke and fell on my SUV!, the 20+ yr old door hinges (plastic) finally gave out... I called Connor and he sent his guy out that same day!!! and replaced my entire garage door with a double spring door with "metal" hinges... much better quality door, and a super fair price... highly recommend honesty, speed, and fair pricing!
