Where do I start! Rent is outrageous! Moved in a year ago at 825 a month and it NEVER was 825 a month! I guess water and trash removal was part of the deal but not mentioned when signing lease! Now, a year later, rent has increased from 825 to 1,012 and that is ridiculous! PLEASE...people out there...stay away, they are out for your money and don't give one shit about us who need affordable places to live! Management tells you false information about the lease, was informed when I renewed my lease it would cost 500 to break the lease. I told them I am getting a house this summer, so I wanted to know before I signed. I ONLY SIGNED CAUSE I WAS TOLD 500 TO BREAK THE LEASE. yet management FAILED to show us on the documents that its 2x the rent amount.. SCREW THIS PLACE AND THEIR REVOLVING DOOR OF EMPLOYEES!
Cockroachesare horrible in the H and G Building, in H Building there is a lady up stairs from h88 that has 2 dogs, one pit bull and doesn't take her dogs out to potty, never hardly takes her trash out! Told Management multiple times and no cooperation! Told maintenence several times to no avail! People paying High Rates of rent to pay to live with Bugs and Nastiness! Poor management = Apartments!! I will Never rent from this place again!!
