On Dec. 26, an unfortunate accident caused an old power pole of our home to give way, apparently rotted. It hit our neighbors car, we lost power. Entergy informed us to call our Electrical contractor to replace our weather head and wiring to the meter. All this was Greek to me. Called several electric company phone numbers, no answer or recordings. Prayed for help Entergy said time was important as long as they were in the scene, we could have quicker service.
