It took Dana two months to return a call for scheduling. I waited another two months for the appointment. Dana called me the day of my appointment after I left two messages to tell me the crew was on the way. An hour later Dana called to tell me they had a part go bad on their truck and they were not coming. Dana called me one more time to tell me they could reschedule my appointment in three weeks. I had an agreement with Connor's Asphalt to pave my driveway, but after the agreed upon date of installation was cancelled due to bad weather, they will not call me back to reschedule. Understandably it took months between the signing of the paperwork and the actual installation date, but considering I had waited so long initially, I expected them to complete the work fairly soon after the cancelled installation date. These guys do a fantastic job. Just sealed our driveway after asphalting a year ago and our driveway looks brand new again!!! Professional, prompt, excellent communication, called us ahead to give us an estmated time of arrival. Highly recommend them!!! You will love what your driveway looks like. Thank y'all so much!!!!!
