Excellent experience at Pinnacle dermatology! Dr. Paterson has been my dermatologist since we moved to Virginia five years ago. During my fist visit he focused especially on areas of greater risk and found a skin growth in need of surgical removal which was overlooked in my previous office. As result the lesion was removed successfully without any delay. Today was my second removal ever, but a big one, and Dr. Patterson was great😁 I let him know I was nervous and he did a great job telling me the process and then trying to distract me with convo as he went about the removal.
