I am so grateful for Jackson Street Apartments. The rent is affordable and as a single parent, it allowed me the opportunity to provide a home for me and my son. The manager, Shylo is amazing. She is friendly, kind, caring, great at communication, and quick to respond. Maintenance is great as well, every time I needed something fixed, they were on top of it as quickly as they were able. The apartments could use some updates but overall, they are very decent homes.
Shiloh, the manger, had my car towed and lied about the details. The parking lot work that was being done hadn’t even started yet! You have to qualify based on your income to live here, so thanks for setting back my bills $250.
Management doesn't return phone calls or email. Intentionally. But will cash your application fee checks. Went by office @ Connemara 3 times during work hrs. On three different days. Weekdays. No one around. No one working in office, that says its open. Waited once, for an hour. Office says open. Yet no one working. Filled out paper application and paid the fee.
