They never have it together, bad communication all the way around. The only person who answers emails or is available is Laurie. Terri and PJ are never available. They make up random rules with no paper trail or explanation. Maintenance is always late or never responding to calls. Will tell you one day and call at 5-6 to say that aren't coming or not at all.
