My wife and I moved in here maybe 2 months ago. I love it. The office staff is friendly, maintenance is friendly and always get the job done. It is pretty cozy and so far all of my neighbors seem pretty friendly. Would definitely recommend renting from them!
This is the WORSE property management company in Greenville. These people do not care about their tenants, maintenance team aren’t qualified, and the administration does not communicate AT ALL. Only person from this company professional is the receptionist. The collection manager isn’t confidential. Why should I know who was evicted from their apartment while looking for an apartment? SMH!! Me and my family obtained one of their rental properties in Ayden in Nov 2024. No problems here. So far I love this rental company and it's staff. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to be part of the Connelly Properties Family.
The WORST people I have ever rented from. Doors not sealed properly. Squirrels in the vents. ROACHES! OMG they are in the drains & walls!!! House had a bad smell when I moved in, turns out it was powder lined in the closets & cabinets for roaches. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a stray dog. They come to spray for roaches & tell you they’ll come out more due to be agitated. Long story short, the roaches ain’t going anywhere.
